Who we are
SkyClash is a game by AniscoIT. AniscoIT is responsible for the data the game's servers process, as described in this policy. For any question about your data, email skyclashsupport@aniscoit.com.
What data we process
- Sign-in. You can sign in with Sign in with Apple or with Google. We store the identifier Apple or Google assigns to your account. If Apple or Google shares your email address with us, we store it too. If Apple shares your name, the game uses it only to suggest a nickname for a new account; otherwise the nickname is generated, like Pilot-1A2B3C. To keep you signed in, we store a session token.
- Profile: nickname, avatar (a preset picture or a photo you upload, stored as a JPEG), language, vibration setting and selected aircraft.
- Game data: campaign progress, coins, purchased skins, achievements, match results (mode, outcome, kills, deaths, duration), multiplayer rating, friends list and friend requests, and whether you are in an online match right now. An online match runs through our server while it lasts. A local Wi‑Fi match with a player nearby (Bonjour) never reaches our server.
- Push notifications: if you allow notifications, we store your device's push token to send you match invitations: the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) token and its environment (sandbox or production) on iPhone, or the Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token on Android. The token is removed when you sign out and when you delete your account.
- Purchases: when you buy something, the app sends us the StoreKit receipt signed by Apple (JWS) on iPhone, or the Google Play purchase token and order number on Android. We verify it with Apple or Google and keep the transaction or order ID, product code and purchase date to credit coins or record a donation. Payment is handled by Apple or Google Play; we never receive your card details. The ad removal purchase is not stored on our server: the app checks it on your device through StoreKit or Google Play.
- Technical logs: when the app or a browser contacts our server, the IP address, the time of the request and technical details of the request (such as the requested address and the app or browser version) may be kept in server logs for a limited time to operate and protect the service.
- On your device only: the camera is used only to scan a room's QR code, and camera frames are never sent to our server; for an avatar you choose a photo yourself, and only that picture is sent to our server, as a JPEG; local network access is used to find an opponent nearby and is not sent to our server.
Other players can see your nickname, avatar, game statistics and achievements, number of friends, place in the leaderboard and whether you are in a match right now. Your email address and Apple or Google identifier are never shown to other players.
Why we use it
- to sign you in and keep your account after a reinstall or on another device;
- to save your progress, coins, purchases and achievements;
- to run online matches, the rating and the leaderboard;
- to let you find and invite friends: another player finds you by email only by entering your exact address, and the address itself is never shown to them;
- to send you match invitations as push notifications;
- to verify purchases;
- to keep the service running and protect it from abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is received by:
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, payments and purchase verification, push notifications on iPhone.
- Google — Sign in with Google, Google Play payments and purchase verification, and Firebase Cloud Messaging push notifications on Android.
- Google — advertising. The game shows Google AdMob ads: rewarded ads (to revive) and interstitial ads. The ads are shown by Google, which may receive data about your device and your interaction with an ad and processes it under its own policies: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
- Hosting — the game's database is hosted with Amazon Web Services, which stores it on our behalf.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your location, your contacts or your advertising identifier — the app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. We do not use analytics services such as Firebase or Amplitude. We do not sell data.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account in the game: open Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes the account together with your profile, wallet, progress, purchase records, sessions, friends, push tokens and avatar file. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing skyclashsupport@aniscoit.com. Technical logs and database backups are kept for a limited time and then deleted; until then they may still contain data of a deleted account.
Children
The game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published at this address, with the date of the last update at the top.
